Hi,
i came to the US 2009, B2 overstayed and was deported 2013.
Tried to illegally re-enter through Canada 2014, so now hit with the 20 yr ban and all its consequences.
I married my husband in the Netherlands (i am German) and moved to Saint-Martin (French Caribbean) live there now for over a year.
I have a Business (Supermarket) as well as an Apartment.
My hubby still lives in the States and he cant visit me often (1-2 a year).
My wish is to keep our relationship alive and maybe visit him for a weekend, because my time is more flexible than his.
Is there any way that it might be work, maybe to proof i can follow the rules?
He said he will personally make sure and put my **** on the plane before the time is up.
Our Relationship is struggling because we cant see each other and its very hard string on us, we try to get through, but we both know we cant live together before 10 yrs are over (based on a greencard).
We try to find a way to at least see each other spend some time.
Any suggestions, options etc? How high are my chances. What would u guys suggest.
