Visit my old and sick parents

My family and I visit my old and sick parents. How can we stay longer to take care of them? if we can stay longer, Can my 2 children (ages 4 and 5 years) can go to kindergarten/schoo while we are here in the US?

Have them sponsor you for permanent residency, and you can stay as long as you desire.

Thank you daggit for the the website it is full of information. My other question is, if my parents apply to petition me. Do I and my family need to go back home while waiting for the petition of my parents to be approve, or can we stay so we can continue taking care of them?

Visa holders may remain in the US until their authorized stay. They await immigrant visa adjudication in their home country.

Thanks daggit. I guess this goes back to my original question if my family and I can stay longer to take care of my old and sick parents after our 6 months duration of our visit.. I guess the answer is No...

Can only stay till CBP authorization; however, can apply for extension, receive a notice by mail and stay till a decision is made. But there's a risk of denial, and must leave right away.

With the extension which you said that there is a risk that if may get denied but if that happened (which is I really Hope not) but if it happens then we have to leave US, do you think theyou won't rebuke our visa since we overlaps our stay because of filing the extension? I heard that if you get denied with your extension and you go back to your home country they will cancel your visa and get you block listed on coming back ton the US. How true is that?
