Can parent with B2 visa travel with child on H1B visa.

Hi,

I am an H1 B visa holder. My H1B visa was extended and I am travelling to India for re-stamping. On my way back to USA from India, I wish to bring my mother along with me, who already has a valid B2 tourist visa and has previously stayed in the USA with me in 2014 for 6 months. My questions is, is it ok for her to travel with me on the same day or should I arrive here first and then have her travel here separately after a few days. Will the office at POE object if I brought her along with me?

It doesn't matter. She can travel with you. I don't see any issue.
