Sponsoring visitor's visa when H1 B Transfer is in progress

Hi,

I want to sponsor a visitor's visa. I am on an H1B visa working for company A. I have decided to move to company B and they have initiated the H1 B transfer. The visa interview is expected to happen after 2 weeks from the day I submit the application. My H1 B transfer is also expect to happen in two weeks or earlier. The visa documentation asks for the pay stubs. I will not have the new employer pay stubs unless I join the company and also until 3 months. In this case, can you please guide on what are the supporting documents I can give to the person right now for the interview?

YOu can provide employment letter, bank statement, whatever recent pay stub and H1 transfer papers.
