  • Letter for Covering Wifes expenses, Already have B1/B2 Visa

    Dear Community,

    I already have a B1/B2 visa which I got 9 years back.

    I have traveled several times to the US ( on work ).

    This time again I am supposed to travel for work but want to get my wife and daughter ( 5 years ) along with me.
    My wife is a homemaker.

    My company has no issues if I get my family along. Accommodation would be provided by them.

    I have filled out the DS-160 forms but not submitted the final step as I need some clarification on the documents.

    I am going to be sending the following documents with my wife.

    * My 3 years IT returns
    * My 6 months pay slips
    * Property Documents
    * My Childs school id card
    * MY passport
    * My Visa Copy
    * 6 months bank statement

    My Wife is not self-sponsored. I am going to take care of all her expenses.

    Do I need to provide any covering letter or letter to embassy ?

    Please advice and also share the sample letter if possible.

    Thanks in advance.
    -Maninder.
