b2 visa for my wife

I got b2 visa and i travelled on last year for 10 days holiday, now i am planning to go along with my wife and 5 years old kid,

please advise me what are the supporting documents they need,

separate ds160 for my kid and wife?

hotel booking need?

Ticket itinerary need?

You yourself got a B2 (not B1) ... exactly similar process will be done for your spouse & kid as well.

Also, an color photocopy of your passport & your visa will help.

i got b1/b2, airport they stamp me a b2, so when i apply to my wife there is a business tourism and tourism in ds 160 so which is best to apply for tourism
