Case:-
I, age 28yrs applied b2 visa , home maker (sponsored by husband)
husband age, 31 yrs applied b2 visa (self sponsored), working in a good company
In DS 160, tentative dates were asked so we gave different dates of arrival in USA but departure date is same for both. As my husband can take max leave for two
weeks, he wishes to fly to USA later in the month, but I am homemaker and I wish to fly with my sister in law early and wish to stay with her for a week (she is a
US citizen), after my husband comes we intend to tour few places and return back together.
Query:
1) could different dates cause ny issues? ( would be giving the interview together)
2) two weeks is ok for my husband's stay, but as it would be 1 month for me, is it too much and can they deny the visa on this ground?
please share your knowledge and experience. thank you so much
