Hi,
Me and my brother are in USA. i am on H1B visa and My brother is Graduating from MS (F1). My brother/his university is sending Invitation to my parents for Grad walk ceremony. My father is in service Govt. Employee(Teacher) and sponsoring themselves and given in DS-160 that parents are sponsoring themselves for this trip. Do you have any relatives option in DS-160, we are giving my Brother and my information.
in Visa Interview, should VO ask about my H1 documents or any other documentation? this visit is completely based on my Brother Grad walk Ceremony so invitation letters will be there. and where do you live when you go to usa question in DS-160 - we are giving my Brother's Address. and 1 month stay in usa.
Let me know if my parents still need to carry my H1B related docs or should i do anything else from my side? i am assuming Invitation letters from my Brother's university should be enough in Interview. let me know.
