  • Try or Not ?

    Dear Experts,

I am in hurry and need your help as soon as possible.

I have got my Green Card 1 month back and currently looking for job as well as school for studies. There is a religious month coming Ramadan + Eid-ul-Fitr and I want my mother to spend this time with us in June. My mother is a widow but she is looking after her mother who is disable and have my one married sister living in the same city. I would like to know if the whole situation is good to apply for her visa because I don't want to waste our visa fee.

    Waiting for expert opinion.

Your mother would need to show strong ties to the home country. Your sister & grand parents are one part of it. If your mother have some property (like house/car/business) in her own name, it will be a big plus.

If not, than too, go ahead a apply, there are 50% chances for your mother to get the visa.
