Mother's name different by a letter on my Passport

Hi

My parents are soon to apply for a visitor's Visa but the problem is, my mother's name on my passport is "Neeraja" whereas her official name on her documents and everywhere else is "Neeraj". Would that be a problem while applying for Visa? IF yes, how can I rectify this?

She can mention this while filling out her own DS160 form, that she has multiple names.
