  • US tourist visit visa for parents of US citizen

Ok here is the FULL STORY....

back in 2011 I applied for US visa for business trip and got one year multiple entery... since i used to manage some US franchises in the middle east,,, traveled 3 times to US all business trips, (all in business class flights, 5 star hotels,, important meetings....)

in 2012 I went to apply for new visa after mine was expired, the purpose was to attend a conference in vegas, and decided to take my wife so we can enjoy after work... my visa was under administrative processing and my wife was approved,,,, anyway we didnt make it to the conference since i didnt get my visa, then my wife had a business trip (conference as well to US), and she was pregnant, she gave an emergency birth, we paid everything, it costs me around $35k for the delivery and stuff and i have all the receipts....

I applied after that few times and was rejected and they told me its because my wife gave birth, I even offered them to take my son passport since i dont care if he holds an american passport since my business is important and i have a very important trip to make to US , since now i have my own LLC in US making around $500k-$700k a year....

is it stupid to try to apply again? what are my chances?

    Thank you in advance

What you two did sounds like birth tourism. So your pregnant wife traveled to the US all by herself knowing the risks.. and gave birth without her husband by her side?

There's nothing stopping you from applying as many times as you wish, but until your administrative processing is resolved, you're likely to remain ineligible for a US visa.

Not very sure, but you can give a try for Investor Visa (E), though it may be costly & little lengthy process, but it will help you for your life long visits to USA.

An non-immigrant visa will really be tougher for both of you guys, since your son is carrying a US passport.
