Question about visa appointment dates

These VFS site designers have no clue about what a user friendly site should be, these guys are rookies. I sent them a stinker telling them how they should clearly indicate it on the site and not make users waste so much time.
I even copied the mail to Chennai consulate, I'm really pissed of with these VFS dumbos.

yeah this is total stupidity. I could prepone it on feb20th for my in-law.
I was very hopeful I could do the same for my mom too.
what would go wrong if they can allow us to prepone atleast once!!!!??
By the time we cancel and book, the earlier date would disappear too. And we will end up losing the current one too. How can we take the risk?
TT visa was so much better...
