Hi,
My parents and unmarried sister have been rejected tourist visa last year (March 2005) at Chennai. My parents or sister have never been abroad. My sister must stay w/ my parents for personal and health reasons. She did not go to college nor she knows english. I mean there is no way she can live by herself either in India & or in the US. I have more more sister living in India. How can I best explain the situation to consulate that 3 of them want to stay in the US for just 3 months? I am currently planning to write detailed letter. Any advice, past experiences are appreciated.
