  • B1/B2 Visa entry interval for Canadian Permanent Resident

Hi my girlfriend is a Permanent Resident in Canada. She has a B1/B2 Visa and has visited here in March 2016 for a week then April 2016 for a week also. She's planning on coming back for another week in May. Will there be an issue with immigration?

Ideally should not be an issue, but CBP could suspect she's starting to live in the US every month. What passport does she have?

Carry proof of her job, studies, rent, insurance, etc.

She has a Philippine passport... But has permanent resident status in Canada and a job. If she does get sent back will she loose her B1/B2 Visa?

Quite possible yes, if they deport someone, they usually ban him/her for next 3-5-10 years.
