    previous immigrant petition applying for Tourist visa

    I was looking at a sample ds157 form and noted a question there if i have any previous visa filed. I was filed by my employer in 2003 for an i-140 but was not pursued due to problems with the company financial statement, would it pose a problem on my tourist application on taking an exam to guam? thanx

    provide the details of previous I 140 filing and status. Without submitting evidence and trying for a tourist visa will not help you.

      no records

      I do not have the copy the I-140 filed for me... would they know if i just put their NONE or just leave it blank?
