visitor visa B1-B2 or only B2 what to indicate in DS160

Hi all, my parents are applying for the visitor visa. They are in the process of completing the form DS 160 and it gives the option to select Business/Visitor Visa B1-B2 or Visitor Visa/Medical travel B2. Pls advise what they should selecr. They are only coming to visit us and not for any other purpose.

It should be B1/B2

I think it should be only B2. B1/B2 is for business persons.
