My parents visa got rejected twice and I contacted local senator's office. I was told that it was rejected because they don't have sufficient economic ties back home. My parents own a house in native place and currently living in a house owned by my brother. My father also draws pension. Is there any hopes of getting visa if only my mother applies next time? Will increasing their bank balance impove chances?

If only mother goes for interview, CO may concentrate on why your husband not joining with you since he is out of work?
