My mom and I are US citizens and my grandma (my mom's side) is a green card holder. (We got a green card for my grandma because she was denied for B2. She still lives in China and only visits us long enough to keep her GC.)
My aunt (my mom's sister) is recently retired and we want her to visit us for a few weeks. She does have strong ties to her families back home. She is married and just got a grandson. She owns a house. The problem is that she does not have a lot of money. We also filed for I 130 for her a few years ago along with my grandma because B2 was very likely to be denied back then. She is still waiting in line for another 5 or 6 years.
In DS 160, it asked, "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?" I don't know what will be an appropriate answer. Any advise? Please help.
