What Document would be require to Setup the Appointment at Hyderbad Application Cente

We need to setup the appointment ofr our parents .Please let me know what document would be require to setup Appointment at Hyderbad Application Center. Will only the HDFC recipet will do the job ? Passport ?

How about other document. Will they be required at the time of interview only in Chennai ?
