Can we change English Appointment to Telugu

Hi,

I need help on visa appointment.If i book english appointment later we can change to telugu visa appointment.

Suggest me plz

After booking the english appointments and after going there to consulate can we request for telugu translator

U will have to cancel English one and take new appt in Telugu.

If in your party there is one person who can speak fluent English that person can translate. So need not cancel appointment.

No language changed allowed once appointment is done unless you cancel the first one.

I have the same problem too.. for now i took appt for my parents in english.. i read somewhere in these discussion forms that its okay if one of them can speak English.
Does anyone know if this is realy really true. Coz if thats the case then i can see light at the end of tunnel.. been worried abt their appt in English. They are supposed to go sometime late June..
