Information required on visa slot booking and availability

I have few questions on visa slot booking.

a) Once we pay for visa fees in the online portal, can we choose any visa office in India based on availability of slots?

b) Does any one know availability of visa slots for this month in Hyderabad? Is there a place which we can get that information?

c) Once we pay visa fees, if we didn't get slots is there a way where we can get the amount refunded?

Actually the dates are varying from time to time, as of now, its showing June3,2016 as the first appointment availability date
After some time,it may vary. Once you pay the visa fee, you can get the option to choose the dates.

a) No, you need to choose the one nearest to your residence in India (they have defined region).

b) People often book appointment & later reschedule it, hence the nearest available date changes very frequently. Keep checking the site for available date.

c) No, the visa fee is non-refundable, however you can reschedule the appointment.
