Could you please let me know the documents that I or my parents may have to notarize for B2 VISA. The list of documents to notarize is pretty unclear so I would highly appreciate your input and guidance.

Absolutely nothing; notarized docs have no additional value with the US embassy.

Applicants need to carry all original documents & 2 set of photocopies during the interview.
