Visitors Visa for Mentally Challenged Brother

Hi All,

I am in US for last 20 months and now I want my Parents to visit my family. My father is in Service and mother is housewife. I have a younger brother, who is mentally challenged and needs attention of my parents.

So I am worried now as to how can I get VISA for my Brother because it will be difficult for my parents to come without him. There is no way that he can take care of himself.


I have decided that i will try for my brother for sure but need advice on the following questions

My questions are :-

1) Shall I take Visa appointment for my Parents and Brother together on the same day ?

2) Or Get Visa for my Parents first and then ask my Father to along with my Brother sometime later.

3) How Can I make my brother's case stronger so that his Vsitor's Visa is approved ?

What is the right approach ? Can somebody guide me please .....

1. That depends upon whether he is above 18 years of age or not.
2. You can do it either way.

1) YES !!! he is 24 years old, does his age makes any difference and how ?
