Approved Parents Visa - Chennai

Hello All,

My parents visa got approved on Feb 23 2006. Following questions have been asked at the time of interview.

1. How many kids you have
Ans : YYYY

2. Why are you going to US?
Ans: ZZZ

3.What kind of business you do?
Ans : ZZZ

4. If you are going to US, who will take care your business?
Ans : xxxx

5. What's your daughter do?
Ans: xxxx

so interviewer said, i am issusing visa, don't stay more than 6 months.

Congratulations!!! I was wondering if you are the only child for your parents.
Can you please tell me what your parents' answer was for 'How many kids do you have?'

My parents answered that "We have two kids".

1. My son is working in US
2. My daughter studying in india.

was your dad into business?? just want to confirm bcoz I heard chances for business people are not as high ..
was wondering if I have to send my parents seperately..as my dad is into business and mom a house wife....I just want to make sure atleast my mom gets visa...and her's isn't denied at any chance

It's not like that people who do the business won't get the Visa.

There were asked following questions.

1. What you do.?
Ans : I have a good established business at my place and good profits.

2. So if you go to US, who will take care the business?
Ans : My partners will take care the business

3. So how do you know you partners.
Ans : Because those are my friends, who lives at same place.


Bottom line is, they should convience the consulate people such away that , "your parents won't stay long" in US because of either business or other commitments @ INDIA.
