Hi everybody,
I live in Mexico close to the border with the US and I found a place in the neighboring city in the US where they teach martial arts and I'm really interested in enrolling. The classes are offered at a university as non-credit recreational courses open to the general public and it's only 2 hours every Saturday each quarter since it follows the university's academic calendar. I currently hold a B1/B2/BCC visa and I read somewhere that it is valid to use this visa to enroll in "short recreational courses with no credits toward a degree", however I'm not sure what they mean by "short", and I am planning to attend these classes for as long as I can (that is, I'm planning on re-enrolling every quarter for indefinite time). So I would like to know if I can use my B1/B2/BCC visa (as long as it has not expired, of course) for taking this course or if I require a different kind of visa. Of course I am planning on crossing the border back to Mexico after the class is finished; I won't stay in the US for the duration of the quarter, since I have a job and a family in Mexico.
Thanks everybody in advance!
