  • Invitation letter & Affidavit of support from two different persons

I am 19 years old female, I am studying medicine 3rd year, my brother is going to complete his masters in May 2017, I am planning to visit my brother’s graduation ceremony along with my parents, my parents already have their visitors visa, after the graduation ceremony I am also planning to visit my uncle’s family for a week, my brother send me an invitation letter to attend the graduation ceremony and my send me affidavit of support DS-131.
Would it be conflict of interest if I take the invitation letter from my brother and DS-131 from my uncle. Please advise.

I134 is affidavit of support & it does not legally bound the provided for your expenses. Its better if you apply on your own (self financing) & the reason for visit can be to attend grad ceremony of your bro & travel along with your parents.

Please be ready with photocopies of documents proving his graduation & photocopies of visas of your parents.

Is uncle is paying for the niece, and not her own parents?

Her uncle is providing I134, because his brother is still an student & not earning.

As I suggested, it would be better if the trip is self-financing - like the applicant shows her own money or from her own parents.
