Hi,
I have applied for B2 visa for my parents and it was rejected by Consular officer handing them 214(b) document. They were asked below questions.
1. what is your name
2. What are you doing?Business
3. Why are going to US? As tourist to visit NYC, Niagara.
4. Is your daughter in US ? Yes
and visa was rejected. My father is businessman and mother is house wife. I am single child of my parents and I am on H1B visa. Is single child the reason for their visa rejection. If yes, than how will it be possible to get visa for my parents or they will not be able to Travel to US. My father had all documents with him proving that they would return back to India, but consular did not even ask for it. Can someone please please help or suggest , is there a way for parents to get visa.
