Visitor visa - Need info/tips

Hi,

I am on H1B visa, and I want to apply visitors visa for my parents. However my VISA is going to expire in 1 month, my company are applying for I94 extension.
Will this impact the chances of rejection of tourist visa for my parents? Can I ask my colleague who hold green card to sponsor the tourist visa for my parents on behalf of me?

Please advice.

You should sponsor your parents tourist visa. Don't ask your colleague to do it.

As long as you in legal status in the US at any given time, it does not matter that your visa is expiring the next month.
