I have a 12 year old son from my previous marriage in Dominican Republic, I'm planning to bring him to Disney World this summer, I want to get a tourist visa since his mom has his custody. Is there any potential issue in getting a B2 visa for him? I became US citizen two months ago, any idea?

Just ensure to convince the VO that you don't have any intention to have him stay there with you for longer time.
