    B2 Visa approved for Family.

    Hello,

    I got my B2 visa approved with my parents this week at New Delhi consulate. Thanks to Immihelp. I was afraid that the VO will refuse my visa because i am just 18 years old with no ties but the questions were mostly asked to my father and then our visas were approved.

    Now, i would like to know that what are the chances of getting a 10 year B2 visa? Will we all get a 3 month or 6 month visa instead?

    Your visa already approved. Immigration officer at the airport will decide how long you can stay.

      Depends on what questions were asked & what you (or father) responded.

      Quite possible that you all will get 10 years multiple entry visa.
