H1B visa transfer when the status is under Administrative processing

My H1B petition is approved in 2015 Cap and now my visa status is under Administrative processing since 5th April, 2016. Can I get my visa transferred from my current company A to any other company B with the same status or I need to wait for the stamping to be done from my current company A.
