Husband F1, i applied for B2 & rejected. Now in which category i should apply ?
Deal all ! I need help. Thanks a lot in advance for who so ever give me suggestions here.
Husband on F1, MS in the USA. enrolled in 2015 August.
I applied in April'16 for B2, Why B2 cos my plan was to visit my husband for 3-4 weeks along with my 1.4 months kid & return back.
I am working with US MNC & everything is clearly mentioned in my Form.
VO asked me very few questions & rejected my B2 Visa under section 214(b)
SO my queries are:
Did i opted for wrong category? B2,
I should have applied for F2 for the 1st time?
probability of B2 or F2 is higher for getting approved?
Planning to apply again so in which category should i apply for F2 or B2 again?
if F2, then VO will ask why you have changed category now?
I am very confused & sad.
MY interview was like :
VO: Purpose of visit
Me: Going to visit my husband,
VO: what he is doing
Me: MS
VO:fm where
Me: Told him uni name & place
VO: (surprisingly), Then what r u doing here.
ME: I am working here, i have full-time job.
VO: What do you do.
Me: Told him company name & designation.
VO: Silent for some time & keep staring at his PC.
after few sec : your documents / You didn't qualify for the interview.( did hear properly what is said)
Me: Why
VO: reasons are mentioned on this paper. have a great day.
I dont know what i wrong i did.
I did not speak much as people advised me to answer him to the point. i have property of my name here plus all my family is here including my mother in law who live with me.
Kindly advice what should be my next move.
