DS 160 - Question on relatives in the US

Filling out DS 160 for visitor visa

My sibling has US green card but he is not in the US at present...so in this situation what should i answer to the DS 160 question asking if i have any relatives in the US...

i am thinking i should answer yes and provide the details although he is not in the US at the moment...
