Return of documents from Visa office

Hi,
I am trying to get indian tourist visa for my usa born child. I filled the form made the full payment - ie) Visa Fee+CKGS service fee + Shipping (From my address to CKGS and CKGS to me).

Now, I am trying to send all the documents to them through FedEx.

In the chesklist, they have mentioned something like

For return of your documents
Prepaid Envelope with Shipment Number and Service Provider Name
Fedex prepaid self addressed envelopes / shipping labels will not be accepted by CKGS.
Do not send handwritten return envelopes as they will not be accepted /

What does it mean? Do I need to include a FedEx envelope along with the documents I am sending? What does that
Shipment Number and Service Provider Name mean? Please help me!

Return of documents from Visa office

You can pay the return courier charges from CKGS website & include the confirmation print out with the application.

In that case no need to include any Fedex covers.

In other words, if you pay courier charges and include the confirmation print out with the application, you don't have to send any envelopes?
