Hello,
We are hoping to file the B2 visa for my younger brother. Relevant to the application following are the details:
1. Brother's age: 25 years
2. Employment Status: Employed earning around $4900 an year working since May 2015. not a big shot firm.
3. Marital Status: Unmarried
4. My details: moved to the USA November, 2015 on L1B with spouse. Both are working and I am on full time employment associated with the firm from the past 4 years. I have been travelling to USA since 2014 on B1 before movement.
I am working out the list of documents and it seems like we can arrange the following:
1. His pay slips for the last 5 - 6 months.
2. Bank Statements showing that money was deposited accordingly, but he doesn't have a lot of balance considering the pay.
3. Employment proof letter and approval of leave for 10 - 12 days.
4. ITR for the current year only since he started working last year with the firm. Before that he was assisting father for business.
5. My documents, sponsorship letter and paystubs and balance statement of expectedly $5000+ till the time of his interview.
The question is the same, what are the chances of approval on this case? Should we even go ahead and file a request considering such stats? Another check, he might start regular education in the later half of the year. Would that be a better shot?
