DS 160 form filling and visa appointment in another city.

Hi all,

I have two queries regarding Visitor Visa which needs extension.

1. Can DS-160 be filled in other city for example Applicants living the city A and DS-160 to be filled in City B ?

2. Can the visa appointment be taken in another city B instead of city A ?

Applicants passport address is in City A.

DS-160 is filed online. Therefore, I don't your questions about filing DS-160 in a specific city.
