Can i sponsor my Parents visa during L1B Extension?

Hi,

My L1B visa is expiring by May 20 this year, and extension was already filed & I got the receipt number.

I want to bring my parents this summer, Can I sponsor them with my receipt notice? is it a legal acknowledgement document?

Technically, you don't bring parents. Therefore, there is no such thing as sponsoring a visitor visa. They apply on their own, and the embassy makes a decision to approve or deny based on the interview. They can apply, pay the $160 fee per person, and go from there.
