Hi,
My Sister's family applied for visit visa last week and only my sister got single entry visa to attend my Wedding here in US. She has 3 kids and husband has good job and financial ties with country.
She can't come with leaving all three kids behind so she is planning to apply again for my niece who is 6yo. My bro in law has decided to stay back and take care of other 2 kids.
My sister is getting a letter from school that my niece will be joining little late in August after my wedding. What other document she should show to build the strong case for my niece?
They have my details, wedding invitation and financial docs. As for ties, leaving 2 kids and husband make strong ties.
Any suggestions?
