(Que.1) Can I sponsor for my parents B2 visa with my below status?
L1 Blanket visa expired Feb-2016
I-129S expired Dec-2015
I-797 valid indefinitely
I-94 valid until Dec-2017
My Passport stamped during last US entry shows/states: Class-L1 Until-23-DEC-2017
I have already applied for fresh H1-B visa for 2017 but have not yet received any information from the lottery
(Que.2) Is my current stay in US with above status legal? I ask this because I have been receiving mix answers on my stay and status.
(Que.3) If I can sponsor then what extra documents would be required to produce for B2 visa?
