HI,
I need help from someone who really knows about filling Ds-160.
I am in US on H1B and applying for b2 visitors visa for my brother. I sent him all the documents . And DS-160 is yet to finalize. I got stuck at "occupation" .
He is MBBS graduate and preparing for PG couple years. He will be joining this year but counselling is not yet over. he has no intentions to stay back in US and will definitely return to India.
TO make his case strong what should I fill in DS-160 for occupation ? . Unemployed or studying ?. He is not earning anything but preparing for all sorts of PG entrance examinations throughout the year. When I choose study, its asking institution name but he has finished hos graduate college couple years go . Can I still mention his college name or should I simply write "unemployed" ?. mentioning unemployed making me little nervous that his case would be weak.
