Urgent_visa appointment at Delhi using hindi option

my MIL has an visa interview next month at delhi. When I took appointment online, I did not get an option of choosing hindi language and VFS gusy told me my MIL will get hindi interpreter or hindi line at delhi. I was going through one of the forums, where it was mentioned that I need to take hindi option during visa appointment online form. Please help.

In order to avail the local language interpreter serivce, applicants should request for at the time of taking appointment. Do not short cut the system. Think everyone do the same thing what will happen?

Thanks. but while taking an appointment there was no option of selecting the hindi interpreter for delhi counslate. What should I do ?
