US Contact question

Hello. I'm filling DS160 for my mom. She is going to visit me in Vancouver, BC and we will take a cruise ship to Alaska. In the section "US Contact", the form allow me to choose "do not know" only for either person or organization. Can't choose "do not know" for both. How should I fill this section? Thank you in advance.
