need help with DS-156

I had applied for appointment date online for my parents. While applying online the site had also asked to fill up the DS-156 form. I filled it, but after I finished taking the appt date, I found I had some misinformation on the form. Does anyone have an idea how to correct it. I can't correct it online anymore, since the date has already been given. The VFS said I need to do the correction separately. But need to know if there is a form for it or just write a separate application specifying the items number to be corrected.

U can edit some of the fields online evenafter taking appt. Goto VFS site, click on Apply for non-immigrant Visa and then enter all details. U will see a link that says "retrieve/modify" appln.

For non-editable fields, take a blank printout and manually fill all fields. take both copies (online and manual) for interview.
