Hi All,
My parents together had an interview at China, Shanghai consulate last November for B1/B2 visa to the US. My father passed directly, and my mother was asked to submit her resume (which she did not bring in the first place) at another date. And after she re-interviewing and submitting the required resume, she was told administrative processing is needed. So we waited, for 6 months now, and no update at all. The status on CEAC is still the same as the interview day. I have sent dozens of emails to the consulate, but they seem not being helpful at all.
Any one has any idea on what actions should I take? do you know why it takes so long?
