Visa rejected

My parents' visa got rejected. The interview was done by the so called burkha lady. She only asked.
Do you have any children in India - My father said ' No, We have only one child'

And she said 'you are not eligible for visa'. She did not look at even a single document.

My father is working and my parents have resposibilities and properties in India.

It is really foolish to decide if a person is a potential immigrant based on the number of children they have, and not considering any other good reasons for them to come back. I really want this crazyness to end. I feel really bad for living in a country which does not give any kind of respect or consideration to our parents and us.

I heard that UK is very good at giving visitor visas to parents. It does not make any sense to ask ridiculous questions to innocent people and reject based on some stupid rules that make no sense at all.

I am very disappointed. Please give me any suggestions.

How many times we need to test our bad lucks?

My parents got rejection on basis of same question couple of time.

What is the guarentee that next time parents will not get burka lady?

If someone ask me about

what will be the best answer to go through the
vsa process, if someone going first time for visa?

I would suggest please say we have number of kids and some of them are in india and studying.

This is my personnel opinion. I know it is wrong but there is no hope for that kind of rejection cases.

I totally agree, one should lie as much as possible to these visa officers else they seem to be playing demi Gods. There is nothing wrong in lying to them, its a far smaller lie than destroying a nation in the name of WMD. One should lie fearlessly to these guys, you have nothing to lose. Will come to your house and check if your parents say they have 7 kids of which only 1 is in USA and rest 6 are in India of whom 2 daughters are yet to be married!! What more do you need to prove ties? Our parents don't deserve all this hardship and frustration. People create **** educational and experience certificates to get H-1 and L-1 visas, compared to that its trivial matter for our parents to twist some facts a little bit to get tourist visa.
