    Regarding Visiting Visa

    Hi

    Currently I'm holding F2 visa and planning to take visiting visa for my parents , But there is a problem with my fathers name as per my passport my EX-Father name(Expired) is added as per all of my documents and in my mothers passport my present father name is there, what would be the process for applying, As DS-160 would be given as per my passport .
    I would like to take both of my parents to USA

    DS-160 is as per their passport. They can carry your birth certificate and their marriage certificate. There should not be any problem.

      This is not an issue. Your passport is practically irrelevant to their application.
