Visitor visa for my sister and niece.

Hi,

My sister is a home maker and is married and have a kid, I am planning to sponsor US Visitor visa (B2) for her and her kid. My brother-in-law is not coming US and has no objections if her wife travels as long as it is for a month. I have all the documents ready from sponsor side, What are all the documents my sister needs to carry to the consulate from her side? Any letter from her husband? if yes, please post the template format.
