Visitor visa for a graduated student

I have completed my B.Tech in May-2016 and waiting for results. I have a job offer through campus placement and have to join the company in september. Mean while I would like to visit my sister living in US and celebrate my birthday there. I have also qualified for M.tech and waiting to join a part time course. I have offer letter from the company and would be getting an annual pay of 3.25Lpa for my job. Is there a chance of me getting visa approved.
