Denied Visa and want to reapply. Please help.

Hi. I hope someone can help me. I got denied last week for my B1/B2 visa application. I was invited as a guest for a sponsored training of a church in the US for 5 and a half months. I'm 26 years old, single from the Philippines. Here's what happened:

VO: Good morning!
Me: Hi. Good morning!
VO: Why are you going to the US?
Me: I was invited as a guest to participate in many aspects and events of YYYY Church.
VO: Do you have an invitation?
Me: (I gave the invitation but she did not read it)
VO: Where in the US?
Me: New Jersey, Sayreville
VO: What will benefit you in going there?
Me: I will become a Pastor
VO: What's your job here?
Me: BPO Manager
VO: How long have you been in the BPO?
Me: Eversince or just with my current employer?
VO: Eversince:
Me: 5 years
VO: Who will pay for this trip?
Me: The church in the US will provide my meals, housing and transportation. Our local church will pay for the plane ticket and my personal allowance. I also have my savings.
VO: Unfortunately, I cannot give you a visa now.
Me: Oh, okay. Thanks.

She did not ask how much is my salary and if I've been to a different country before. I've been to Singapore and South Korea. Can anyone help me know the reason why I was denied? And what can I do if I reapply after a week? The training will start in July until December. Thanks.
