Hi:
My mother has her Visa validity till August 2016. She has applied for renewing or reapplied B1/B2 Visa and has her interview next month.
She has her Canadian Residency Card. My question is does she still need to show all financial support documents for renewal as well?
She will be visiting her sister in US for few days and her sister has send an invitation letter but not other documents.
What proof of ties in Canada can she show?
She has written a cover letter to show ties of taking care of grandkids while we are at work.
She has travelled to US a number of times as well and has strong travel history.
Since she has no income and no bank statements, will her visa be denied?
Also, she cannot speak in English and can i accompany her into the VO (Toronto) for her interview?
